Visa refusals and delays are rarely about a weak profile — they're usually about inconsistent or incomplete documentation. Dates that don't match across documents, unexplained gaps in education, or financial proof that doesn't clearly trace back to the applicant.

Core documents

  • Letter of acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution
  • Proof of funds (GIC or equivalent, where applicable)
  • Valid passport with sufficient validity
  • Academic transcripts and English test scores
  • Statement of Purpose explaining your study plan clearly

Where applications usually go wrong

Financial documents that don't show a clear, traceable source of funds are the single biggest issue we see. The second most common problem is an SOP that reads like a template rather than an honest, specific explanation of your plan.

This is exactly why we review every document personally before it goes into your file, rather than just handing you a checklist and wishing you luck.
